Delete my data
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page tells you exactly how, what happens, and how long it takes.
How to ask
Email support@orielpress.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Tell us the WhatsApp phone number the messages were sent to, and — if you know it — which business was messaging you. That is all we need.
What happens next

What gets deleted
- Message content — everything you wrote and everything that was sent to you.
- Media — images, documents, voice notes. The actual files, from the storage bucket, not just the database record pointing at them.
- Contact details — your name, email, phone number and any attributes the business held about you.
- Bookings — appointments made through the platform.
What we keep, and why we are telling you
Your opt-out. That is deliberate, and it is for your benefit.
If you have told a business to stop messaging you, we keep the fact that you said no — your phone number, marked as opted out, and nothing else. If we erased that too, the next time that business uploaded its customer list you would be added back as a brand-new contact with no opt-out on record, and you would start receiving messages again. Keeping the “no” is the only way to keep honouring it.
If you would genuinely rather we erased that as well — accepting that you may be re-added by a future upload — say so in your email and we will do it.
We also keep audit records of the deletion itself: that a request was made, and that we completed it, and when. Those contain identifiers and actions, not the content of your messages. They are what lets us prove we did what we said — including to you.
You do not need to ask us at all, if you only want the messages to stop
Reply STOP to any message. That takes effect immediately, and is enforced both when a business builds a broadcast audience and again at the moment each message is sent. You do not have to email anybody, and you do not have to wait.
Deletion happens automatically anyway
Even if you never ask, message content and its media are permanently deleted after 90 days. See our Privacy Policy for the detail, including the cases where a business has a legal obligation to keep records for longer.
